Background:

Did you know that some neurological disease can begin decades before problems are identified? It is best to identify neurological risks in pre-symptomatic form. Being proactive is becoming an important element of your neurological health. Also, as new and innovative treatments for neurologic disease are developed, it is essential to keep abreast of these. 

Dr. Justin Moon, a preeminent national expert and innovator is here to help you on your journey to maintain optimum brain health and empower you to take control of your neurologic health. By working outside of the traditional insurance-based model for health care, this program allows you to assess your neurological risks outside the confines of the insurance companies.

How It Works: 

This program empowers you to work with a national expert to proactively assess your neurological health. 

STEP 1: Your neurological executive consultation begins with a detailed discussion with Dr. Moon about your neurologic health goals, risk factors, and any concerns that you may have. You are encouraged to provide copies of any laboratory and imaging studies that you may have in advance of this meeting. This consultation will be a deep-dive discussion regarding your neurologic health.

STEP 2: After the initial consultation, Dr. Moon may order labs and imaging studies. These willbe done at a laboratory, at your home, or at an imaging center. This will provide Dr. Moon with critical data and information to go along with your medical history and the initial in-depthconsultation.

STEP 3: You will then reconvene with Dr. Moon after completion of labs and imaging studies. This second appointment will ill focus on reviewing the findings and answering any questions you have. The outcome of this meeting will be the formulation of a plan for maintaining optimalneurological health and improving your neurologic health. You will then follow up with Dr. Moon as determined in your customized neurological health care plan.
